Gary Fannin

Bio

Coach Fannin has be involved with Raceland football since he played JFL in the 5th grade. He graduated from Raceland High School in 1995. He was a 2-year starter at receiver and defensive back. As a senior, he was named to the All-Area team and was also a Courier Journal All-State Honorable Mention. After high school, he received a scholarship to play baseball at Alice Lloyd College where he received a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. After teaching in the Ashland Independent school system for one year, he returned home to take a teaching position at Raceland. He received a Masters Degree from Morehead State University in School Administration. He and his wife Charon have two children, Parker and Carly (16). Coach Fannin has 24 years of coaching experience.
